ABOUT ME

As a full-time flight attendant, I am constantly on the go, which means my approach to health has been challenged in all ways… I’ve had to learn to plan ahead, meal prep, build long-lasting habits that I could bring with me anywhere in the world. “I believe that if I can make health happen out of a cooler, on an airplane, for four days, I can certainly make health happen for anyone, with any job, lifestyle, or stress.”

I am a Precision Nutrition Certified Health Coach(Pn1) that helps clients assess their nutrition level, habits, and lifestyle. I create individualized plans to meet your nutrition, fitness and overall health goals. I value the individuality of each of my clients and take a holistic approach tailored to each unique person I work with, knowing that one size does not fit all.

I work 1-on-1 with you, getting the scope of your health history, your daily habits, and your desired long-term goals. We will run through your mental, physical and emotional stressors and piece together ideal and realistic daily health habits that, day by day, add up to some incredible, sustainable change.

My coaching is exceptional in the sense that I go to great lengths to get to know my clients on a personal level. I use an integrative approach that looks at the whole picture and together, we’ll create a health plan and timeline for your specific needs.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Assess

    We start by taking a look at your health history, habits and goals. Decide what skills, practices and small daily actions we are going to test on a given week.

  • Implement

    Next, you’ll implement the small daily tasks, goal-oriented actions, and practices and take note of your progress.

  • Follow-up

    We follow up during our 1-on-1, reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles. I will help you refine your skills, decide on next steps and get you closer to your health goals.
