Assess
We start by taking a look at your health history, habits and goals. Decide what skills, practices and small daily actions we are going to test on a given week.

Implement
Next, you’ll implement the small daily tasks, goal-oriented actions, and practices and take note of your progress.

Follow Up
We follow up during our 1-on-1, reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles. I will help you refine your skills, decide on next steps and get you closer to your health goals.
